Alta Badia features more than 400 km of marked hiking trails, that wind through meadows and pastures, penetrate woodland and climb mountain plateaus, challenging even the peaks of the Dolomites. Following them is like hunting for treasures. Those of nature, culture and gastronomy. But tackling high altitudes is not a privilege of the most trained hikers – the network of the summer mountain lifts of Alta Badia (all 15 accessible with a single Alta Badia Summer Card) allows to reach some of the best viewpoints even with a baby stroller. With a baby stroller you can also easily proceed till I Tablà Mountain Restaurant, setting off from Piz Sorega, Piz la Ila, Col Alto and Pralongià along easy but spectacular panorama trails.

Alta Badia mountain lifts enabled for mountain bike transportation provide access to charming MTB trails that range from exciting downhill tracks to easy dirt roads, without steep slopes, like the ones that lead to I Tablà Mountain Restaurant. Here classic mountain bikes are increasingly being replaced with modern E-bikes, convenient to use thanks to Alta Badia E-MTB Sharing network. Those whose legs are strong enough can try the panoramic Sellaronda MTB Track Tour around the Sella massif or challenge the itinerary of the legendary race Sellaronda Bike Hero, that passes right in front of I Tablà Mountain Hut.
